1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct and Values Charter sets the ethical, professional, and behavioural expectations for all representatives of Divergent Edge Strategies ("we", "our", "us"). It reflects our commitment to acting with integrity, delivering excellence, and upholding the trust of our clients, colleagues, and community.

2. Scope

  • All employees, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and partners engaged by Divergent Edge Strategies
  • All conduct undertaken on behalf of the company, whether on‑site, off‑site, online, or in public forums

4. Expected Standards of Behaviour

  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
  • Represent Divergent Edge Strategies professionally in all communications and activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
  • Treat colleagues, clients, and stakeholders with courtesy and respect
  • Avoid conflicts of interest, and disclose any potential conflicts immediately
  • Use company resources responsibly and for authorised purposes only
  • Follow all workplace health, safety, and wellbeing procedures

5. Professional Integrity in Consulting

  • Advice must be objective, evidence‑based, and free from undue influence
  • We must disclose any limitations, risks, or uncertainties in recommendations
  • We must not misrepresent our expertise, results, or capabilities
  • All client information must be handled in accordance with our Confidentiality & Privacy Policies

6. Unacceptable Conduct

  • Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or victimisation
  • Fraud, corruption, bribery, or theft
  • Making false or misleading claims to clients or colleagues
  • Misuse of confidential information
  • Any activity that damages the reputation of Divergent Edge Strategies

7. Reporting Misconduct

  • Misconduct must be reported to management or the designated Compliance Officer
  • Reports may be made confidentially without fear of retaliation
  • All reports will be investigated promptly, fairly, and discreetly

8. Breaches

  • Disciplinary action (up to and including termination)
  • Termination of supplier or partner agreements
  • Legal proceedings where applicable

9. Review & Updates

This policy will be reviewed annually or when business operations, laws, or industry standards change.
