About Divergent Edge Strategies

For more than a decade, I've worked with Australian organisations — both in-house and now through Divergent Edge — to untangle messy systems, stabilise operations, and build reporting and automation foundations that actually support growth.

Before founding Divergent Edge, I worked across operations, revenue, finance and strategy roles — including within ASX-listed companies. I saw firsthand how the right systems can transform clarity, confidence and growth.

That's why I started Divergent Edge: to give SMEs, nonprofits and growing organisations access to the kind of clean, reliable, scalable systems that larger businesses take for granted — without the unnecessary complexity, costs or consultant jargon.

Since then, I've rebuilt dispatch systems after warehouse fires, automated reporting that was swallowing entire workdays, designed data structures for inventory networks, and helped leadership teams introduce visibility and rhythm into operations.
